Contact info
Short bio about yourself
Links to three different projects (no scrapbook layouts)
Links to your galleries (if applicable)
A list of any past or current design teams you've been on (if applicable)
A link to your blog/website
There are a few questions at the end about Xyron products - how long you've been using them, which machines you own, which is your favorite, etc.
The deadline to enter is January 30th, and the new Design Team will be announced February 1st. Good luck to everybody - I'd love the chance to work with you!

Deletethank you for sharing this great opportunity with us. I tried to apply but when I got into the Facebook page, it didn't have any of the option for me to fill out my information. Bummer! Was their a specific time that the call ends today? I guess it pays to not procrastinate.
