Happy Monday! I hope this post finds you excited for the Thanksgiving weekend and inspired (and is anyone just a smidge frantic?) about the Christmas season fast approaching! We are having such a great time with the Twelve Days of Christmas blog hop with Xyron, Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft and Creative Imaginations that we couldn't wait to get started on week two. Today we have three fantastic projects from Xyron DT member Van Nguyen - head on over to her blog for instructions on how to create these yourself!
I am crazy about Advent calendars - and the story about how/why Van created this one will touch your heart (especially if you are a military family). What a great way to celebrate the season!
If you have a young reader in your house then this library kit is a perfect (and creative) gift - made with just a few sheets of paper!
Last - but certainly not least - as soon as I finish typing this post I am heading in to my studio to make these headbands as stocking stuffers for all of my nieces! Van gives you easy to follow instructions and the picture of her little girl wearing the finished product will be sure to bring a smile to your face. What a great project!
Now that I have you inspired - how about a giveaway to start our week! TWO lucky people are going to win a Xyron prize pack that includes a 2.5" create-a-sticker, our new Glue Stick for Corners, an Adhesive Eraser and a Tape Runner! There are two ways to enter - leave a comment here on the blog, and/or head on over to my Facebook page and say hello. We'll draw a winner from each and announce it on my Facebook page tomorrow morning. Good luck!
If you missed Day Six, check out these darling ornaments over on the Creative Imaginations blog, and this gorgeous Season's Greetings box over at Design Memory Craft! Stay tuned the rest of the week for even more great project ideas!
