Introducing New Design Team Members Katie Skilton and Karen Jiles!

We are having a wonderful time introducing you to the new Xyron Design Team members!  Today we say hello to Katie Skilton and Karen Jiles.

a little bit about her: I am a freelance designer in the UK. Just over a year ago I gave up my full time job as a Sales & Marketing Manager to concentrate on building my own business. I now design paper craft projects for several of the national craft magazines. I also do some design work for Sizzix and can be found demonstrating on Create & Craft TV. I have a passion for paper crafts! I have a modern style and love working with new products.
why we love her: Katie turns the every day in to something special with her eye for color and her attention to detail.  She shares easy to understand tutorials and her projects vary from cards to home decor to gift ideas and more!

a little bit about her: My name is Karen Jiles. I am a wife to a wonderful husband and mother to beautiful twin girls. We currently reside in North Carolina. I began my love of crafting years ago as a child. It was just something about creating with my hands that had me intrigued and inspired to continue creating on into adulthood. I have been stamping for 12 years and scrapbooking for 9.
why we love her: Karen's ability to combine mediums, textures and colors makes her creations one of a kind. She inspires us to try new techniques and the unexpected details she adds to her projects make us take a new look at our own stash!
