Xyron, Simple Stories and May Arts - Day One and a Giveaway!


Do we have a fabulous week for you!  The Xyron Design Team is joining with our friends at May Arts and Simple Stories for a three-way blog hop that is CHOCK FULL of inspiration.  We're so glad you're here - today it is all about home decor!

Making your own wooden home decor is all the rage - and Shellye McDaniel shows us how its done on her blog today!  She shares a tutorial for creating this plaque that would be perfect for a house warming or as a wedding/shower gift.  Better yet - make one for yourself!  :)


Speaking of plaques - we think we just found our next project! The dimension and beautifully rich colors on this gorgeous wall hanging from Lori Williams add the perfect touch and would be a wonderful wedding/anniversary present for your favorite couple. Lori walks us through creating this on our own with a tutorial on her blog today.


We love the detailing and handmade embellishments on this faux canvas from Gini Cagle - so it is a good thing she shares a tutorial today on her blog so we can make this ourselves!  Her combination of patterns and textures really brings the page to life.
